The New Hampshire Legislature has an opportunity to give more children an opportunity to access a best-fit education. HB 1665 would expand eligibility for the state’s Education Freedom Account (EFA) program to 500%, ensuring more than 60% of New Hampshire kids can use the program. Currently, fewer than half of students in New Hampshire are eligible for the EFA program, which is limited only to students from families that earn no more than 350% of the federal poverty level.
