On Thursday, Jan. 26, Gov. Spencer Cox signed HB 215, establishing the Utah Fits All Scholarship, a landmark universal education savings account (ESA) program that provides scholarships for 5,000 students. This is a major step towards empowering families in their right to educational freedom. Through the scholarship program, families can spend scholarship funds to support their kids’ various educational expenses, including private school tuition, homeschool curriculum, supplies, therapies, and necessary technology.
