Yesterday, Gov. Kevin Stitt signed HB 3705 into law, expanding the Parental Choice Tax Credit to empower even more Oklahoma families and students with education freedom. The new law is expected to provide approximately 5,000 additional students with access to the education that serves them best. Why It Matters More Oklahoma families are seeking educational options that fit their children's individual needs. HB 3705 expands the program by adding an additional $25 million to meet growing demand. The Oklahoma Tax Commission recently reported that due to strong parent demand, nearly all of the original $250 million allocation had been utilized.
