Today, Gov. Bill Lee signed legislation expanding the Education Freedom Scholarship (EFS) Program to empower even more Tennessee families and students with education freedom. The new law will provide 15,000 additional students with access to the education that serves them best.

- Beginning in the 2026-27 school year, scholarships will be available to 35,000 students, an increase in 15,000 seats from the previous year.
