SALT LAKE CITY, Utah. — In response to the overwhelming passage of the landmark legislation, House Bill 215, Executive Director Craig Hulse released the following statement on behalf of yes. every kid.

“Every child deserves access to the education that suits their unique needs and learning styles. Utah is working together to prioritize families, students and teachers this session — expanding and transforming learning opportunities across the state. HB 215 is good for families, it’s good for students and it’s good for teachers. It is through this type of innovative, collaborative approach to education that we can help unlock the potential of every child.

We thank Rep. Candice B. Pierucci for her leadership and look forward to working with the Utah legislature this session to advance solutions that respect the dignity of every kid and create a better future for our children.”
