“This is a huge win for Iowa kids. The Students First Act will remove barriers and empower families to make the decisions that best fit the educational needs of their children. Every child is different and deserves an educational experience that works best for them.
“We applaud Gov. Reynolds for her leadership in the passage of this legislation. We also thank Speaker Pat Grassley, House Majority Leader Matt Windschitl, Senate Majority Leader Jack Whitver, Chair Skyler Wheeler, Chair Ken Rozenboom, Sen. Amy Sinclair, Rep.
