Government Affairs Director

Tiffany Barfield is a Government Affairs Director for yes. every kid. She is a native Texan and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Education. Tiffany started her career with the administration of President George W. Bush, at The White House in the Office of Domestic Policy and then positions in the Visitors Office and Office of the First Lady as well as having a political appointment at the US Department of Health and Human Services.

She moved to New York City in 2007 and worked at UBS and Avista Capital Partners. In 2014, Tiffany joined NAF, an organization focused on preparing high school students for college and career success and had the responsibility of identifying and cultivating new channels for NAF engagement with state, local and federal policy leaders.

She was honored by Texas A&M University College of Education & Human Development with the Outstanding Alumni Award in 2016 and serves on The Dean’s Development Council. Tiffany was selected as a Fish Camp Namesake in 2019. “Camp Barfield” hosted over 150 incoming freshmen as a part of the largest student run orientation program in the nation.

Tiffany is former Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Sarasota. Tiffany and her husband, Alexander Stephens, reside in Lakewood Ranch, FL.
