By signing the LEARNS Act into law, Arkansas has established itself as a national leader in educational freedom and transformation.

Thanks to this legislation, Arkansas families will determine what is best for their students—no longer limited by their ZIP code or family income. The elimination of the 3% cap on inter-district transfers will help to make public schools truly public by giving families more school options—a major step toward allowing students to access any public school of their choosing, no matter where they live.
